I'm super pleased to say that I have dropped 16 pounds since August!
I've worked hard, but can work harder.
I still have a long way to go before I'm back to where I was a few years ago.
I'm so happy that I took a before and after picture!
It has upped my motivation by 100x!
I finally realized that I can change and I'm sticking to it!
Here is a picture of me before at 172 and after at 156.
My goal has always been to be around 140 but my body just hits a stand still at 150.
So I'll aim for 6 more pounds and then I will dedicate myself to muscle tone, and body fat %.
I find it funny that I stopped working out... I know how much I love it.
I thrive on challenging myself in this regard.
It's nice to see your hard work stare you down in the mirror.
But, this time I dont want to let it happen again.
I love that my clothes fit!
It's nice to have buttons not popping :)
And on a side note.. because I've dropped a few pounds, I can now wear all my clothes!!
Which means my outfits have been rocking.
So heres a few that I've come up with in the last 2 weeks.
